At Continental Bedding, your comfort is our priority. We understand that finding the perfect pillow or bedding product can take time, which is why we offer a 30-night comfort guarantee on eligible purchases. If your selection isn't the right fit, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, returned items must be shipped back promptly and received by our facility within 7–10 business days after a return label has been issued.
To qualify for a refund, products must be returned in clean, gently used condition with all original components included, such as storage bags, packaging, and any accompanying accessories. Items that are heavily soiled, stained, damaged, or missing components may not be eligible for a full refund.
We strongly recommend using pillow or mattress protectors while evaluating your purchase to help maintain return eligibility.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For your convenience, we can provide a prepaid return label and deduct the shipping cost from your final refund amount.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 2 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear on your original payment method.

Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous United States.
Please note that free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Additional shipping charges may apply for oversized items or destinations outside the contiguous United States.
