This pillow is well-filled, meaning that it has too much loft for a stomach sleeper and possibly for a back sleeper as well. I would rate is as medium to firm. The quality is good, but it wasn't what I was looking for.

Great product

I love the down fill, nice and lofty. Retains shape, not as firm as I would like for support on my neck. Side sleeper

When they say firm, they mean it. If you want a pillow that is extremely firm, this one is for you. Great quality, and comes in a very nice storage bag. I would have preferred a little softer but that's what happens when you cant actually try before you buy. We are keeping them and I am sure we will get used to the firmness. Great pillows for the money.

Really like this pillow it is very very comfortable. The only downside is that it is also very very soft most of my down pillows spring back up to meet your head. This one does not. I use this as a top layer over another down pillow for that it works perfect.

I would like them to be a little denser but I cannot figure out how. I don't understand the on-line Q&A that talks about adding fill. I would buy 2 more if I could figure out how to make them more dense.

I so far have liked these pillows, but they are not ho;ding their shape but time will tell.

This was a gift for my boyfriend, he prefers feather pillows. He likes it very much put recently said it seems to be losing some it's firmness.

I e tried almost every pillow out there. Finally found one that works. I'm a side sleeper that rolls to my back at some point in the night. This is firm enough to start on my side, but not too firm that when I roll to my back my neck is bent at an uncomfortable angle. I'd give it 5 stars, but would like just a bit more fill.

Over the years, Continental has put less and less "fill" power in their pillows. Now an 800-fill Queen is what the 700-fill Standard used to be. If you want a Standard that isn't flat, buy the 800-fill Queen and stuff it in a zippered satin standard sized pillowcase so it keeps its shape. Yep, petty expensive, but it beats buying a cheap pillow every month! I'm a sofa-sleeper, so I sleep on mine at night and then use it all day long when sitting on the sofa. With this 24-hour 'round the clock use, the pillow lasts at least a year before going flat. I literally was having to buy cheap pillow every month.
