When I initially received this pillow, it was full and fluffy, and after the first night it retained the fluffiness. However after using it for a while I noticed it becomes flat almost immediately and doesn't have the loft I prefer. I think I need more fill. My four year old down pillows from Costco are better as are the down pillows I purchased at Macys for my guest room. I was hoping a 700 fill power would be more substantial but I was mistaken. I would prefer a firmer pillow than this. It would be a great pillow for someone who likes a soft to medium pillow.

I wanted a soft smushy down pillow that I could mold and fold.This pillow is too firm for me....feels like an alternative fill.

Too soft

Bought 2 pillows for what I would have hoped would be my last but these 700 fill flatten down to where it provides little support. What was worse is that both pillows show inconsistent fill because one flattens out worse then the other.

Received pillow with stains on it. Returned it and received second pillow very quick. That was a new unused pillow and is comfortable. It's been two weeks now and feathers are already coming out of it. Considering sending it back for refund this time. Would not recommend.

I purchased this pillow based upon the reviews, and I will say that it is a well made pillow and well worth the money. That said, my issue with it, and the reason for the three stars, is that it is just not firm enough. It is described as being extra firm and having a firm density for side sleepers, which I am. Unfortunately, it is far too soft for me. I'd describe the pillow as being "medium to medium soft", certainly not firm. and definitely not extra firm which is a shame because otherwise I like the pillow. If you truly need an "firm or "extra firm" pillow, look elsewhere. I am returning mine.

The quality of the cover is very good but, I'm not in love with the pillow It goes flat quickly and has little support.

I purchased this pillow based on great reviews. It was quite comfortable in the beginning but now that I have had it for 5-6 months it lost its fullness and is. I linger comfortable as it used to be. For the cost, I would expect a longer useful life of this pillow

I have bought 4 of these pillows and really wanted to like them, but they are just not that high in quality. Using a digital scale, there is an 8oz difference between the the heaviest and lightest pillows. Also, down escapes from all 4 pillows. After having them for several months I contacted Continental Bedding and they said that if I contacted them sooner, they could do more, but at this point all they could do was send me additional down to put into the pillows. Ok, I get the time thing, but come on. Cut the pillow open, fill it properly and sew it back together? They also suggested that I purchase zippered pillow encasements. Really? How about some quality control on the amount of down the pillow is filled with and make it out of products that don't allow the down to escape? I'm thinking that quality control is on the manufacturer, not the consumer. I will say that they are comfortable, so 3 stars for that.
