I found I needed to make my own pillow to eliminate a seam. This was my first experience, and I was pleased that the down had very few contaminates. I did find a silver dollar sized clump that I chose not to investigate and tossed it aside. There is no substitute for had stuffing. As I worked the down, I found less than one percent with too much shaft, which I discarded. I recommend wearing goggles or protection glasses and as your project gets closer to being filled, a face mask. So fine was my down that it got in my eyelashes as good down will. I plan on ordering another for one more pillow. What a relief to finally have the perfect pillow thanks to making a wise choice for my down.
Shipping experience was not good as it disappeared, was late, and the tracking vague.
