Return Policy

We want you to feel as comfortable with our service as is our product. We know what it’s like to have to give consideration to the return policy in a similar manner to the product at hand. Therefore, we want to make it a seamless experience for you.

Feel free to return your item for a full refund (less shipping) within 30 days of purchase to the following address:

If you wish to receive a prepaid return label for a flat rate of $10, simply shoot us an email at sales@continentalbedding.com. Charges will be applied towards the amount to be reimbursed.

Refunds will be processed towards the original method of payment upon receipt of your return.

If you’re undecided between different buying options, we get it. Feel free to converse with us so as to have your item exchanged within 60 days of purchase. Reach out to us at sales@continentalbedding.com to get this resolved.

 

FAQ’s

Unworn, unwashed and clean items with all tags attached can be returned for a full refund within 7 days or for a store credit within 10 days.

Items marked Final Sale, pre-orders, or items that are worn, washed, dirty, or ruined cannot be returned.

Within the allotted time frame, a reason is not required for a return

We process all returns within 10-14 business days. Reach out if that time passed and you did not yet receive a refund.

30 days for a full refund, 10 days for credit. This policy is strictly upheld. The first day is the day USPS records delivery.

In store purchases – refer to the store location page for information regarding our physical store locations.

Online purchases– You can return in store or online through our Easy Returns process.

1. Enter your order details in the Easy Returns section below, including your order number and email address associated with your purchase to start the return process.

2. Print out the label as directed, identify which items you are returning, and affix the label to your package.

3. Ship your return with our designated label via USPS.

Returns that do not follow our easy return process will not be refunded.

Continental Bedding maintains the right to deny returns in any of the following situations: Unsatisfactory condition of an item,  returns sent to the wrong address, returns past the allotted time, items that are ineligible for return, or returns made without filing an official return using our designated  label and process.

The full amount minus the shipping fee of $7.99 per order placed will be refunded through your original method of payment. Shipping costs aren’t refundable. Allow 10-14  business days for returns to be processed.

We hope that you love your new Continental bedding Purchase. However, if it’s not everything you dreamt about, we want to make it right. We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase and return shipping is FREE if you use your own label. If you wish to have our prepaid label sent to you via email, please fill out form below for a flat rate of $12.00 that will be deducted at the time of refund. Once a return is received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method and could take 2-5 business days to reflect on the account. To avoid a restocking fee, all Products must be in a new clean condition and unwashed and in their original packaging. Packing slip must be included.     Exchange

    Not sure what pillow or comforter you need after receiving them? Try them up to 30 days so they are eligible for return. Maybe the firmness doesn’t quite match your sleeping position? Not to worry as we offer a wide variety of firmness and sizes that are sure to coordinate with your sleeping needs.!

    You have 90 calendar days to exchange your Continental Bedding from the date of delivery. You are allowed one exchange.

    To be eligible for an exchange, The Continental Bedding Purchase must be clean and undamaged.

    To initiate an exchange, Email us sales@continentalbedding.com. Once eligibility is confirmed, a specialist will help facilitate the process.
